We purchase the products that didn't make the cut during quality control. These products are often rejected because they may have issues like stitching errors, shape imperfections, problems with the padding, or problems with the soles. However, instead of tossing these rejected products aside, we make the effort to fix these issues to ensure they're still comfortable to wear and will last a long time. Importantly, we keep the original materials used in the products, which sets them apart from a replica. Replica products are typically made with cheaper replacement materials that don't hold up as well as the originals. This means they tend to wear out quickly. In contrast, our Grey market products fall somewhere between replica and retail. They still have the same high-quality materials as the retail versions, but they didn't pass the official quality checks to be sold in stores. So, when you shop our products, you're getting the benefit of original materials and craftsmanship, with imperfections which are corrected by us, at a more accessible price point compared to official resell products.
